 In Indian culture, ancestors gave very important place to desi cows. Every by-product of a cow is useful. Indian breed cows will give less milk comparing to jersey and it’s not the reason to not buy desi cow.  In ancient time in India there was culture of not selling cow milk because every home had 15-20 cows so from that milk family can make use of milk… and the cow milk quality is very much comparable to human milk.

The PANCHAGAVYA
Milk, curd, ghee, cow dung and gomutra (urine) are called panchagavya these can clean body system of human bodies and has the capacity to cure some Severe cancer disease as well.

And this panchgavya should prepare from India breed cows only.

  • Well-developed horns and both horns are same or uniform
  • Hanging skin at neck or dewlap
  • Loose skin in entire body
  • Sweat gland on entire skin so have always sweating to maintain body temperature
  • Smooth skin with less hair and have shining skin
  • Local skin shaking capacity to get of mosquitoes
  • Long tail that can reach entire body
  • Leg hooves are small and hard so that can walk run on hill and rocky surface
  • The gap between front and back legs is less compare to jersey breed so it can run faster comparing to them
  • Nostrils are always wet
  • Cow is very active
  • Disease resistence power is high
  • Can bear any temperature variations
  • Metabolic rate of cells is less so need small amount of fodder and grass to fulfill the cow
  • Have very good emotional bonding between human and cow, will listen and adjust human very easily
  • Sound produced by cows are quite loud with high pitch
  • Exhaled air of indigenous cows contains some amounts of oxygen which are useful for human beings as well as for the environment.
